Damaged or Defective Product
All custom monogrammed or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you believe that we have made a mistake on your item, please call us with your order date and item and we will do everything we can to figure out the problem.
Damaged Item: If item was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. All damaged items reported after five (5) days from the date the item was received will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
